Corporate Client Terms

Last updated: May 18, 2026Effective: May 18, 2026

These Corporate Client Terms govern your use of WellOps as a corporate buyer of wellness services. By accepting a Provider’s quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About WellOps

WellOps is a software platform owned and operated by Al Romero Designs LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, that facilitates bookings between corporate clients and independent wellness service providers. WellOps is a technology platform only and is not the service provider. The wellness services you receive are provided by the independent Provider whose quote you accept. Providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or representatives of WellOps. WellOps makes no representations about the quality, licensing, or suitability of any Provider’s services.

WellOps may be available to clients across the United States, subject to Provider availability in your area.

2. Quote and Acceptance

When you submit a corporate wellness request through a Provider’s WellOps page, you are requesting a quote — not making a confirmed booking. The Provider will review your request and submit a quote that includes pricing, session length, and therapist count.

By clicking “Accept Quote,” you enter into a binding service agreement with the Provider for the quoted event. Acceptance of a quote constitutes your agreement to these Corporate Client Terms.

3. Payment

Payment terms are set by the Provider and communicated in their quote or separately via invoice. WellOps may facilitate invoicing and payment collection on behalf of the Provider. WellOps charges a $99 booking success fee to the Provider — this fee is not charged to the Corporate Client. Fees and refunds are governed by WellOps payment terms and processed through our third-party payment processor.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation policies are set by the individual Provider. In the absence of a Provider-specific policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund at the Provider’s discretion.
  • Cancellations made 2–5 business days before the event may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be non-refundable.

To cancel or reschedule, contact the Provider directly using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.

5. Employee Booking

After a quote is accepted, the Provider will create a booking event and share a self-booking link with you for distribution to your employees. Employees will provide their name and work email to reserve a time slot. This data is handled in accordance with the WellOps Privacy Policy.

6. Provider Requirements

Corporate Clients are encouraged to confirm with their chosen Provider that all applicable licensing, insurance, and credentialing requirements are met before the event. Corporate Clients may request a certificate of insurance, additional insured status, or other documentation directly from the Provider. WellOps is not responsible for verifying Provider compliance with your organization’s specific requirements.

7. Liability

The independent Provider — not WellOps — is responsible for service delivery, practitioner conduct, and any injuries or damages arising from the event. WellOps encourages Corporate Clients to confirm that their chosen Provider has active liability insurance before the event.

WellOps’ maximum liability to Corporate Clients for any Platform-related claim shall not exceed $100 or the platform fees paid to WellOps in the 3 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

8. Disputes with Providers

Disputes about service quality, cancellations, or refunds should first be addressed directly with the Provider. If you are unable to resolve a dispute, contact WellOps at hello@wellopsapp.com and we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate resolution, though WellOps has no obligation to arbitrate or adjudicate such disputes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
