Industry Research Initiative Launches to Explore How Wellness Organizations Scale Operations

State of Wellness Operations 2026 seeks input from wellness providers, workplace wellness organizations, and industry leaders across the United States.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PHOENIX, AZ — June 18, 2026 — Corinne Romero, founder of WellOps, has launched the State of Wellness Operations 2026 research initiative, a new industry study designed to better understand how wellness organizations manage growth, staffing, scheduling, client communication, service delivery, and operational complexity.

Through early conversations with wellness providers and business leaders, a recurring pattern has emerged: operational complexity often increases faster than the systems supporting it.

The initiative aims to gather insights from wellness organizations of all sizes, including corporate wellness providers, workplace wellbeing programs, chair massage organizations, yoga and meditation businesses, IV therapy providers, and other wellness service organizations.

The wellness industry talks extensively about outcomes. This research explores the systems and operational realities that make those outcomes possible.

Participants will take part in a brief 20-minute virtual interview focused on operational challenges, growth patterns, technology usage, staffing, communication, and service delivery. Participation is confidential, requires no preparation, and is not connected to any sales or product demonstration.

Findings from the study will be shared with the wellness community to help identify common challenges, emerging trends, and opportunities for operational improvement across the industry.

Industry professionals interested in participating can learn more and schedule a conversation at calendar.app.google.
